All online orders are shipped out of Tortola, BVI every Thursday. We currently ship to the US Virgin Islands and United States via USPS and to the Caribbean via DHL. Local deliveries are scheduled to be delivered every Friday.

RETURNS

CHAYIL JEWELS has a 30-day return policy on CHAYIL JEWELS JEWELRY, which means you have 30 days after receiving your jewelry to request a return.

Products must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@chayiljewels.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll guide you through the process to ensure a smooth exchange.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
