CHAYIL JEWELS has a 30-day return policy on CHAYIL JEWELS JEWELRY, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your jewelry to request a return.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our CHAYIL FEMININE TEES due to hygienic purposes.

To be eligible for a return, your CHAYIL JEWELS JEWELRY must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can follow these simple steps to help your gold plated jewelry last longer:

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising.

Ensure to wipe completely dry after coming into contact with moisture.
Allow perfume, lotions and creams to be absorbed into skin before putting on your jewelry.
After use, clean jewelry gently with a soft dry cloth to remove any oil or dust and restore the shine.
